Thank you for considering HydraBarrier® water tubes.  We stand behind our product with a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, box up the water tubes and email us at info@hydrabarrier.com to ask for a Return Merchandise Number.  We will send you an email reply with an RMA# and the address of where to ship them back to us.  Please write the RMA# on the side of the box and email us the date that you shipped it out.  We will mail you a refund check as soon as we receive the product(s).
